Located in a historic 19th century townhouse in the middle of bustling City Center, Parlour Victoria is a sophisticated restaurant, bar, and event space in a Victorian row home adjacent to the Moxy DC hotel. The two-story restaurant and event space sports historical features with modern finishes. Upstairs, a specialty bar is the perfect space for an intimate event in a unique, exclusive atmosphere.
